This warranty is directly from the woodshop that makes this furniture and will be honored by The Wood Reserve from which this item was purchased.

All warranties are to the original purchaser (owner) from authorized Hilltop Hickory dealers. You can fully expect our handcrafted interior home furniture to be enjoyed for generations to come. If a piece ever needs our attention, we will work with you the original owner and your retail dealer to restore it to its original quality under the terms and conditions of care listed here.

The warranty on your Hilltop Hickory interior home furniture covers any defects that occur with the furniture structure or wood materials. All hardwood contains variations in color and grain, which makes the characteristics unique to each wood species. Our finishing process is identical, but no two pieces will finish the same way.

Taking care of your furniture with recommended controlled interior heating, cooling and humidity is critical to achieving a lifetime of enjoyment that can be passed on to future generations. We understand our furniture's true life expectancy – and it holds a longer lifespan than the trees from which it originates.

NOTE: All materials used in the construction of Hilltop Hickory furniture are environmentally sustainable and CARB certified.

Build Time

Quality takes time. Since each piece of furniture is handcrafted to order by our Amish craftsmen, it can take time to make sure it is built with care and attention to detail.

The build time for this item is currently estimated between 10 & 14 weeks from the time the order is placed until it is shipped. But, don't worry... it will be well worth the wait!

(Note: Lead times may vary and could be more or less than the estimated build time above depending on material supplies and current work load of the wood shop.)

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

This item will be delivered by a professional furniture delivery company and will arrive assembled. Please allow an additional 1-3 weeks for the shipping & delivery process.

We offer two different delivery methods when placing your order. See below for a description of each option.

Curbside Delivery - FREE

All furniture orders come standard with free curbside delivery to any of the lower 48 United States. This means that the driver will unload the furniture from the truck at the end of your driveway and in most cases will bring it up to your house, but not inside.

White Glove (Inside) Delivery - $99

For customers that need help bringing their furniture inside, we also offer an upgraded "White Glove" delivery option where the delivery company will unload and move your furniture into your home and set it up in the location of your choosing.
