NATIONWIDE DELIVERY
Delivery Areas & Timing
We offer delivery throughout most of the contiguous United States. Once your furniture has completed its build, transit times will vary based on location, but most customers can expect to receive their furniture within approximately 1–3 weeks.
Because our furniture is transported via carefully planned delivery routes, timing is based on your location and regional scheduling. To ensure each piece is handled with care, deliveries are grouped geographically and completed within a projected delivery window rather than a guaranteed date.
Once your furniture is in transit, the delivery team will contact you directly to coordinate scheduling.

Your furniture will be handled by a professional, experienced delivery team. If you have selected white glove in-home delivery, your pieces will be brought inside your home and placed according to your direction. Every effort is made to ensure a smooth, respectful experience from arrival through final placement.

Inspecting Your Furniture
Each piece is carefully inspected before it leaves the woodshop, and we stand behind its quality.
If you notice any minor cosmetic imperfections upon delivery, simply note them on the delivery paperwork. These can typically be addressed with touch-ups or service. In the rare event of more significant damage, you may refuse delivery and contact us so we can make the next steps right.

Can I request a specific delivery date?
You’re welcome to share your availability when contacted by the carrier, and they will do their best to coordinate within their established delivery routes. If your preferred date cannot be accommodated due to routing or capacity, your order will be placed in the next available delivery window and rescheduled accordingly.
What if I am not available to receive my furniture on the scheduled delivery date?
If you will be out of town during your scheduled delivery window, not to worry. If the proposed delivery date falls during a time when you’re unavailable, you can simply decline that timeframe. The carrier will then place your order into the next available delivery window and reach back out to reschedule.
What if something isn’t right when my furniture arrives?
