Understanding Our Shipping & Delivery Process
June 18, 2026
Delivery is the final step in bringing your furniture home—and we work hard to ensure it’s handled with the same level of care as when it was built.
Coordinating Your Delivery
Once your furniture is complete and ready to ship, it is assigned to a professional delivery carrier. These carriers specialize in furniture transport and operate on established routes to ensure safe and efficient delivery.
You will be contacted directly to schedule your delivery within their available windows.
Delivery Options
We offer delivery experiences designed to fit your needs:
-
Curbside Delivery: Your furniture is delivered to your home and placed in a safe, accessible location outside.
-
White Glove In-Home Delivery: Your piece is brought inside, placed in your room of choice, and packaging materials are removed for you.
Scheduling & Flexibility
You’re welcome to share your availability when the carrier reaches out. While they do their best to accommodate requested dates, delivery schedules are based on route planning and capacity. If a specific date isn’t available, your delivery will be scheduled for the next available route in your area.
Delivery Day
On delivery day, your furniture will be handled by an experienced team trained in transporting large, high-quality pieces. If you’ve selected white glove service, they’ll ensure everything is placed exactly where it belongs before completing the delivery.
Final Thoughts
From the woodshop to your home, your furniture is handled with care every step of the way. Our goal is to make the delivery process smooth, reliable, and worthy of the piece you’ve been waiting for.
What to Expect After You Place Your Order
June 15, 2026
Placing your order is just the beginning. From that moment on, your furniture begins a carefully managed journey—from raw materials to a finished piece built specifically for your home.
Order Confirmation & Review
Once your order is placed, our team reviews every detail to ensure accuracy—from dimensions and finishes to any customizations requested. This step ensures everything moves forward exactly as intended.
Crafted to Order
Your furniture is then scheduled for production in one of our woodshops. Each piece is handcrafted using carefully selected materials, with attention given to every cut, joint, and finish. Because every item is made to order, this stage takes time—but it’s what ensures lasting quality.
Progress & Patience
Throughout production, your piece moves through multiple stages, each handled by skilled craftsmen. While timelines can vary depending on the complexity of your order, our focus remains the same: getting every detail right, not rushing the process.
Preparation for Shipping
Once your furniture is complete, it undergoes a final quality inspection before being carefully prepared for transit. From there, it’s handed off to one of our trusted delivery partners.
From the moment you order to the day it arrives, every step is intentional. The process takes time—but the result is furniture that’s built specifically for you, and built to last.
